Business description
In operation since 2009, Outright Entertainment Inc. has performed over 1300 weddings and corporate events, averaging more than 100 events every over the last decade (since 2012, except during covid pandemic period), and is already booked for more than 40 weddings and events in 2024.
Purchase includes:
• becoming sole shareholder of Outright Entertainment Inc. and the goodwill and business history/recognition associated (outlined above);
• all events and weddings on the books for 2024 (over 40 booked for 2024 so far);
• built-in transition time during which I will work with the new owner to support a smooth transition and continued success; this will include my continuing to manage currently booked clients to support the new owner throughout the sale and transition process;
• Five of our contracted DJ's have confirmed they will continue providing their services
• all equipment organized and inventoried -- pictures below (most purchased since Nov 2018); includes four complete equipment setups with NS6 ll mixers, Mackie SRM 450-v 3 speakers, dance lights, and all equipment for additional services advertised (except photobooths) such as projector and screens, moving head fixtures, trusses, sparkler effects, up-lights, electric generator, gobo projector, and DJ table facades;
• extensive music collection of more than 100,000 songs from the 50's to today; very recently updated – including hard copies to ensure a legal collection;
• all processes and operational procedures, including process email response templates for weddings and corporate events, contracts, equipment inventory, and protocols/steps for bringing on any new DJ to support ongoing success;
• all contacts for additional sub-contracted services offered (including photo-booths, live string and other performers offered);
• up-to-date financials, including corporate minute book, accounting, and bookkeeping records for review;
• advertising material for expos, including banners, logo'd table covers, logo'd dress shirts and other corporate materials.
