Accutrak is an electronic company that specialises in tracking and weighing solutions in the mining environment so that the digitised data optimise productivity through state of the art Information Technology. With a big client base (most of the big mining groups including AngloGold Ashanti) in Southern Africa, Accutrak is looking for a Channel Partner in Ghana to start the distribution of these excellent electronic systems into the Ghanaian mining industry. ACCUTRAK DOESN'T WANT TO SELL THIS CHANNEL PARTNERSHIP, BUT RATHER STRIVES TO FIND THE CORRECT PARTNER. (The asking price below is what is estimated to be needed to get this business going). This partner must just be prepare to invest into the establishment thereof, but the words "technology"; "digitisation" and "automation" the buzz words in the industry at the moment, the investment in infrastructure will be worth it. Accutrak will also assist in the finance of stock and provide excellent credit term while this establishment takes place.

All the products offered is uniquely Accutrak's own products. Do to the high cost (and sometimes impracticality) of creating an underground WiFi network. Accutrak realised that the vehicles underground is a network and can carry information with it to download points. The uniqueness however is the mess-network that was created for the vehicles so that they can transfer data between each other, which has now developed to a point where the vehicles have single board computers with algorithms to calculate the probability of the next vehicle to pass the download point, and transfer all the data form all the truck to that specific vehicle. The truck will then after the download event inform all the trucks (through the mesh network) that a down load took place, what has been downloaded and inform all the trucks that they can clear their buffers.

This allows the system to be "almost live" with just a few minutes delayed between what actually happens until the data reaches the servers. This without the cost of very expensive WiFi in the mine.

The applicants must have a good proven relationship and track record with mines on the mining side (apposed to the plant side) in Ghana. A current business with technicians that services the mines that wants to expand into other products is the ultimate candidate.
