Reputation: Strong, heartfelt 5* Google reviews from parents and growing student base. Also have established relationships with local schools with potential after and in school programs being discussed.

Infrastructure: Fully equipped with sales tools, website, support network, thousands of hours of established curriculum and suggested learning paths.

Equipment: 15 laptops included for seamless operation.

Team: Some part time staff in place, although could be ideal for owner-operator for increased cash flow, or option to build your own larger team to become a turnkey operation.

Skill Samurai Brand: Part of a well-established existing global franchise network.

Marketing: Some branded marketing materials included - large mobile flag, retractable banner, pamphlets, certificates, kids t-shirts. Location: This is a mobile franchise offering flexibility to move around within the territory via hourly rental agreements with different venues (ie. schools after hours, community centres, churches, workshare spaces, partnering with other kids service providers). There is scalable potential to expand to as many locations in the territory as you can accommodate.

Transition: Current owner can stay on to provide some help through the transition period (~3 months), can assist in ensuring a smooth transition with existing clients, help build community relationships and provide guidance.
