In this offer we present you a highly successful apartment resort
in Central Europe with with an 11-year very successful history.
Resort is located in the largest touristic region Tatra Mountains in Slovakia, just 5 km from international train line and 50 km far from international airport.

The resort consists of 6 separate 2-story buildings, in which there are 65 apartments and studios with a total capacity of 200 beds.
The resort buildings have a reception, a wellness area with a jacuzzi and saunas, a dining room with a kitchen, a garden bistro and technical facilities.
The buildings are connected to drinking water, municipal sewerage, and electricity. Gas is supplied nearby.
Heating is combined - electric and heat pumps. Water heating - electric and through heat pumps.
The heating of each apartment can be regulated independently, which allows efficient regulation of energy consumption.

The buildings are located on plots with an area of 16000 m 2, which are maintained and form a large garden with a lot of outdoor activities.
Additional accommodation capacity or facilities providing additional services can be added to the existing buildings.
It is possible to purchase an additional plot of land with an area of 3700 m 2.

The resort is currently exceptional successfully operated without restrictions, with an average annual occupancy of 56%. The top seasons have an average occupancy over 90%.
