The Mangistau region occupies a prominent place in the distribution of mineral resources of Kazakhstan. About 23% of crude oil is produced here annually.
According to the results of 12 months of 2021, the volume of oil production amounted to 16,743.6 thousand tons, or 100.1% compared to the corresponding period of the last year.
The company owns the subsoil use rights under the contract for the exploration and production of oil and gas at the Karazhanbas Severny field, Republic of Kazakhstan.
Neighboring fields: Karazhanbas, Buzachi, Kalamkas and others;
A relatively young field, production was started in 2006;
The contract term is until 2031 with a preferential right of extension;
The field is connected to the main KTO pipeline, an advantage in transportation;
Shallow oil occurrence 450-600 m, the cost of drilling is much lower;

The total fund of wells is 128 wells, which consist of 104 producing, 2 injection, 2 observation and 20 mothballed wells. The average depth of producing wells is from 450 to 585 meters;
The average daily oil production is 1,955 barrels;
The deposit has classic multilayer layers, which consist of Cretaceous and Jurassic horizons;
Oil reserves and development plan
Average daily production currently stands at 955 barrels and is expected to reach 3000 barrels;
Reserves are estimated under SPE PRMS 2P at 5.9 million tons (AGR estimate in 2015);
As of the date of this teaser, the Company has achieved a recovery rate of only ~6% (so far only a small part of the proven reserves has been extracted);
The predicted recovery rate is expected to be 40%;
