Payment services provider (PSP) – This licence allows businesses that provide payment services directly or indirectly through an intermediary (e.g., credit card processing).
Electronic money issuer (EMI) – This licence allows organisations or individuals who wish to issue electronic money in their own name.
• Operational accounts in RBK и Jusan banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SWIFT) RUB, USD, EUR, KZT;
• Agreements with banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan – acquiring, electronic money etc;
• Guaranteed deposit in one of the banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Physical office and staff;
• Equipment on the balance sheet of the company;
• History of work, transactions, reports to Tax authorities without any problems and debts.
