We have created a COMPLETE PROJECT for a high-speed and high-capacity bottled water and beverages factory, which is ready to be constructed. The approximate date for completion and launching of the production process is 9 months.
We have accrued a 50,000 sq. m land plot in the main industrial area of Georgia, Village Natakhtari, neighboring to the Coca-Cola factory, Pepsi-Cola factory, and other well-known brands in the beverage sector.
We have drilled a borehole to 150 meters and installed one of the most prominent brand pumps available in today’s market, Pedrollo. Water source is with the immense water debits, able to draw more than 200 m³ of water per hour.
In the meantime, we have signed a contract with Krones (a German pioneer in the production of water and beverage lines) and secured with a down payment two production lines, each with an unprecedented speed capacity of 40,000 bottles per hour (one for PET and another for glass bottles, with 0.33, 0.5, and 1.5 L bottles).
Also, we have designed, by a well-known Italian company, Sidel, our glass and PET bottles as well as our labels, and secured our branding in various countries.
Moreover, we have completed a project for a 17,000 sq. m water factory, in accordance with Georgian legislation and international standards. We have acquired all the necessary permits from the state of Georgia for the construction of the factory. Additionally, we have selected, through an internal tender, the construction company responsible for building the factory.
