Canalys: China smartphone market declines 15% with 85 million units shipped in Q4 2019 China’s smartphone market declined 15% to 85.3 million units in Q4 2019, as device fatigue hit consumers. It marks the 11th consecutive quarterly decline, and the market’s lowest level since Q1 2013. For the 2019 full year, China’s market closed at 369 million units, down 7% year-on-year.

Bottled water contains more bacteria than tapwater, with some brands found to harbour levels 100 times above permitted limits, according to new research. A team of scientists found that 70 per cent of popular bottled water brands available in shops had high levels of bacteria. The researchers from Ccrest Laboratories in Canada found that tap water had less bacteria than bottled water.
